Hey guys, it's time for another movie poll!!

Going forward, there will be at least 1 poll a month, and it will always be themed.  For this poll, the theme is Parody Movie!!

There are a lot of bangers on this poll (or so it seems based on YT comments and general consensus), and you can vote for as many as you want!

The poll will end on September 15th, so you have two weeks to cast your vote 😍

I purposely left out Austin Powers and any James Bond related movies, since I feel it may be best to watch some James Bond movies first.  I don't think the knowledge I gained from playing GoldenEye on N64 is enough for me to get many references 🤣

I'm pretty excited to see which one wins!!

If Team America, Tropic Thunder or Airplane wins I’ll be happy.

So many great films here! My top pick would be Galaxy Quest!

ElDoritos97

Let's go galaxy quest fans.

It has Alan Rickman, and it's a parody of Star Trek I think. That's the extent of my knowledge

Fans unite!! I do love sci-fi, and this is sci-fi comedy with Alan Rickman... it can't be bad!

Laxjedi

Really like almost all of these choices, but Galaxy Quest is the best overall as a complete film. But can’t go wrong with Spaceballs, Airplane!, and Tropic Thunder.

Richard Flores

This was a hard poll to choose. I finally decided not to make a single choice. Instead, I voted for each movie that I believe you should watch someday, whenever that may be. There's just too many bangers.

You can never go wrong with Mel Brooks, I'm a fan of South Park, and Tropic Thunder is the movie that *needs* to be made today (not "can't be")...

"Galaxy Quest" is my favorite on this list, but I haven't seen "Tropic Thunder" yet. For me "Team America" is a zeitgeist-movie, if you know what I mean. 😅 It worked great in 2004, but not as much now. I liked "Spaceballs" as a kid so so much, but it is way to silly for me now, the same goes for "Airplane"...🤔🙂

While I am a big fan of “Airplane!”, I also have to remember whom I could be asking to watch/react to it. I have many ‘thoughts’ about that, but won’t bother with those unless it becomes an actual reaction.

There are quite a few bangers yeah, I'll get around to them all eventually, the winner will be first though 😁

It's interesting how some movies we liked when we were younger and now, it's just not great anymore. I feel like this with TV series, except the person I root for and connect with changes whenever I rewatch it lol

Tim Alan, Sigourney Weaver, Tony Shalhoub, Enrico Colantani, Sam Rockwell

Joe M

I have absolutely no problem with Airplane winning the poll. But as a show of faith, definitely consider doing a second place winner reaction as well, which looks to be Tropic Thunder. You’ll enjoy it.

It looks like a tie between Galaxy Quest and Airplane!, so I'll probably watch both of those. As for Tropic Thunder, I do want to watch it at some point!
