!!!! Malfunction incoming!

I love the battle between Separatists and the Republic to take possession of Tup, when we ALL know that it doesn't matter which side gets him since both sides are on the same side 🤣

This is shaping up to be a Clone centric arc with possible Anakin appearance.  Sounds like a great one to me, plus we get to learn more about Order 66 maybe since clearly Tup's orders to kill all Jedi went off too early.

I loved seeing Anakin, Rex and Fives infiltrate the ship.  I really wanted to see Anakin take care of all those droids, but Fives is showing just why he's an ARC trooper 😁

CLONES WARS episode 601! You DO need your own copy of the show to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

Hahaha, I had the same thing with the subtitles suddenly being "Chinese" and the font looking all fancy. You can change subtitle font back to default in the same place where you change language, just click on the litte gear icon in the top right corner.

All I will say is that you are 100% correct with everything you said above in your comment/review/analysis post.😀 This arc sets in motion some future things to come in your Star Wars journey. Also, this arc was written by Katie Lucas, adopted daughter George Lucas. she was a long time writer on the series, including writing the popular Nightsisters/Nightbrothers arcs seen during the 3rd and 4th seasons.

More than giving Anakin an apprentice, more than resurrecting Maul, more than almost anything else I think this is the most pivotal development of the Clone Wars series and it all has to do with how much legwork the show has done to flesh out the clones themselves as people despite the foreknowledge the audience has about their sudden but inevitable betrayal.

I love the long takes and camera movement of the action scenes in the hallways in the beginning of the episode. Showing off how far the animation has come in its development. Also, the spider villain in this episode is Admiral Trench, the villain from the very first episode you watched. Easy to miss that detail since it's been so many episodes since then

The spider villain looked so familiar and I just assumed I had seem him at some point. It's hard to remember from what season, but very neat that he was from the first episode!! I have to say, I am really enjoying the action scenes more and more as the series progresses. It's not an obvious change, but a gradual change where the fights just become more and more mesmerizing and well made
