I am so loving this whole series, it's so heartwarmingly adorable

I feel like this series will play with my heart strings every episode or two 😁

Here's to more cameos!!!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the episode.  Also know there is an extension that allows you to do Picture-in-Picture in case you are interested: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en

Full Length - THE BAD BATCH Episode 1x07 - Battle Scars

The Bad Batch episode 1x07! You DO need your own copy of the show to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

Generally that is the best attitude for any star wars show is of course not expecting everything to be like Clone Wars but great in it's own certain way!

Like you said, this show is definitely different, and I think as a whole that's something Star Wars has done really well with all of their shows. Obviously the movies are going to all be compared to each other (except the standalone ones), but every one of the shows from clone wars, to bad batch, to rebels, to mandalorian, to ahsoka, etc. all have their own flavor, their own focus. Clone wars was very much all over the place in terms of focus and characters, but that's what made it unique. Bad batch is a more intimate show with a singular overacing theme of "clones learning to survive after order 66 and also deal with a kid". No other show is going to give you that perspective or feel. People like to say they think this show is better than that show, etc but I don't really think you can compare any of them because they're all unique. You still have a few more shows to get to of course but I think even between clone wars and bad batch and andor you can see how they're all so different in what they offer.

I love how they're all so different, and it's really so hard to call one my "favourite". So far I like them all for different reasons, and wouldn't be able to choose one. I'm glad they haven't done all the shows in one way, it would make for a formula that gets stale quickly.

I'm so glad it's not like Clone Wars! The decision to make it what it is was fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how Rebels differs from both Clone Wars and Bad Batch!

I'm honestly so glad you're enjoying this series 🥲 I really enjoyed this episode. The payoff for Wrecker's headaches and his chip. I love that not being able to control it once Order 66 is ordered is still a thing that all Clones have to overcome. I'm glad they were able to save Wrecker. And Rex is always great to see. It's explained more in the Ahsoka Novel by E.K. Johnston why Rex isn't with Ahsoka right now. The Planet we're on, Bracca, was originally from the video game, Jedi: Fallen Order, released in 2019. Alot of the environments and the Scrappers look just like on that Planet in the game. Really looking forward to the next few episodes.

I need more Rex in Bad Batch and cameos lol I honestly didn't know Bad Batch was that new, but it makes sense since the last season of Clone Wars would have been done before since we get introduced to the Bad Batch them. It all feels like these TV shows are at least 10 years old and I'm playign catch up lol

Oh man my ears perked up when we first saw Rex. And then when they showed the Y-Wing he and Ahsoka escaped in, my tail started wagging. But it was just a big ol' tease! Great to see Rex again anyway

I know, right?! Here's hoping he shows up again at some point!!! I was hoping for Ahsoka to be there too though
