I love feeling his frustration, his confusion, just everything really!

Those kneecaps did NOT know what was coming to them 🤣And also.. River the sharpshooter, she definitely has enhanced abilities and I want to see more.

Hopefully this is Wash's last exciting mission though, he doesn't seem quite cut out for it at the moment.

Every crew member serves a purpose. I wish Wash (lol) trusted that. Not only would he have been spared the torture but his mind would have been at ease. "I'll be in my bunk" I think the second time he said that, he should have just walked away and we all would have gotten the idea. That quote is alright, not as the one about misbehaving.

I still haven't heard that quote, I assume I'll hear it eventually lol I can see Wash getting frustrated and annoyed that Zoe and Mal have a lot of history. I assume it gets lonely just manning the ship all the time while they are out on missions

This is my favorite episode. It shows Mal's strength and how much he cares for his crew so well. Thank you for recognizing why Mal was talking to Wash as he was during the torture. A lot of people don't realize that his sole concern was keeping Wash from giving in despite being tortured himself.
