The Crow Gene Wolfe story “The Night Chough” is related to the Solar Cycle and freaking rules. It takes place on Blue and involves Oreb, though, so I’m not sure how much it will be up Cameron’s alley.

Y'all I can't. A whole musical digression and nobody noticed that Len Cariou - Original Sweeney Todd himself - is in this movie. You even sang about pie! 🤣

i’m so tickled whenever Cameron talks about a schlocky 00s horror film that i also have a soft spot for because they’re hidden gems

I have seen this movie only once, and it was my senior year of high school in my AP Lit class after the AP test. Our teacher decided to spend the last month of school showing us Films that he believed were Important for us to see, and for some reason this was one of them. (Others included "500 Days of Summer", "The War", "Brick" - that's what I'm able to remember right now 10 years later.) I was only paying half attention to the movie because I was mostly occupied with doing trivia quizzes on my school laptop, but I remember enjoying this one. I don't remember what ending we got, but funnily enough I did misremember this starring Nic Cage!
