Just King Things Bonusode - Salem's Lot (1979) (Patreon)

In this month's bonus episode, we talk about Tobe Hooper's Salem's Lot adaptation, which (at the time) was the most expensive miniseries ever made for television. We ride up and down the rocky road of a tv show made by a guy who did not understand how to make a tv show, and we also talk about James Mason's surprisingly tender performance as Straker. There are also jumpscares in the program, but not in this audio podcast.
