Magica De Spell is a major villain of the lore, though her presentation here is VERY different from what she was before, just a regular duck who wants to get her hands on the Number One Dime. And her making her first appearance here with no lines was a tad uncomfortable since we'd just recently lost her original voice actress, the legendary June Foray.

This episode is one big homage to the cult action film The Warriors, about the titular street gang having to fight their way across New York to their home turf. The various Beagle gangs are all based directly on a gang from the movie, Ma Beagle's threats on the radio are taken from a DJ saying them (with the same shot of her half in shadow), and the movie's single most famous moment involves the main villain putting bottles on his fingers.

Admittedly, the personality/dynamic parallel between Webby and Lena v. You & Mosco was much the reason I wanted the both of you to watch this show. Not surprising, you picked up on it immediately. And Mosco has made at least one comparison between you and Webby, so you're not the only one to see it. She was also partial to Lena's hair. Completely unbiased. During the Truth or Dare stream, I was gonna dare the two of you to cosplay as Webby and Lena for a Ducktales reaction, but you hadn't met Lena yet. I'll keep that one in mind for next year. Not the last you'll see of her. Her episodes are some of my favorites.

At 17 minutes: That’s an emergency exit, all of them have these retractable stairs. If you’ve ever been to any apartment in a big city, you’ve seen these a ton. Some really run down places don’t keep them in good shape though, which defeats the purpose of safety when the walkway is about to fall down under you, or the stairs are too rusted to come down. Sorry I’m always correcting you and being super annoying! It’s just that sometimes when you say something is convenient, I just happen to know why it isn’t that convenient and actually makes total sense. But not always, because you also say it for times when something is just convenient storytelling. Like in Infinity Train Season 3 when Grace climbed a huge tree in only a couple of minutes. Even for someone as badass and nimble as Grace, it would take a lot longer. That was very convenient that she just pops up in a second without her climbing up even being shown. Either way it just feels like I’m doing it all the time, to me at least. But I can’t help but want to share the random trivial stuff I know when it’s relevant lol

The problem with Disney Shows is that it requires so much editing to just post on youtube. Ironic for a company that started by adapting fairy tails to have such strict copywrite restrictions.
