I can see the video now, and your reaction did not disappoint! I agree with you 100% with your opinion on how the writers portray Enid's and Wednesday's relationship. I feel like it is important and amazing if you can express yourself and your feelings to your friends, but Enid and Wednesday's relationship is not giving "just friends". It annoys me when shows do this; there have been many shows I have watched where the writer's run away from potential romantic relationships because they are deemed "just friends". Like you said, swap Wednesday out for another character who is a man and people would be asking why they have not gotten together yet.

It works, also I’m glad you brought up the interactions between Wenclair would 100% be seen as romantic in either Wednesday or Enid were a boy. I’m so sick of people saying they have no chemistry but if Tyler told Wednesday that she was his pack itd be the most romantic thing ever apparently!!

hi not to jump on your comment but it's giving like other treatments of older shows i'm watching like lok where if you swapped asami out with mako in those scenes here it was clearly meant to have romantic under-toned, everyone would have jumped ship and agreed with makorra being endgame, but couldn't keep the energy when korra and asami's relationship built in season three as a solid friendship. sorry elijah if this rant isn't needed or wanted! i love your reactions and just wanted to put input onto your reactions as well, considering i agree with the argument thoroughly. enid and wednesday definitely have a very deep bond and connection that has kept me interested more than enid and her love interests or really wednesday and tyler. so, yeah, it just sucks because enid and wednesday are so amazing and it's sad that it feels like the story for them isn't going to get what it deserves.. also, sorry commenter, agreed with your comment so much i went on a tangent 😭 thank you for your reactions elijah, i love watching shows both with and through you when i don't have time! have a great day 💜

I was expecting more of a reaction from Ms. Capri's commanding "Enid Sinclair, in my classroom - now!" You really are off your gay today... ...but not your attention to detail. "...the truth, you are my pack Wednesday." (Elijah Sapphics out for several minutes) I'm glad I'm not the only one who reads into that. Or the next exchange. But the writers said they aren't doing shipping THIS season (emphasis mine)... but if this is queer bating it's the most egregious I've seen since Supergirl. But, given Netflix's pension for canceling shows with gay, holding it to the third and final season would be a tactical writing choice. Getting strong "Red Death" from Phantom of the Opera vibes from Isaac's drip.

I think with Bianca and Ajax they avoid the mistakes they made with Wednesday and Tyler in season 1. They both got time this season to develop a friendship with each other, let the actors show their budding chemistry and the writers maybe let them grow into more eventually...🤔😊 Yes, the dance of Enid and Agnes was really cute. There's a video clip online where you can see Emma Myers and Evie Templeton dance in costume on stage with Lady Gaga to this song at Lady Gagas London concert recently...😍

Fairly certain the "mistake" at the end of the dance is intentional to show that Agnes learned the dance by watching Enid. Of course we shouldn't look too closely at that cause there are tons of dance moves in there that are obviously for two people so the whole thing doesn't really make sense. :D The ancient power to rescue Enid if she permanently transforms will obviously be the power of lesb... er... friendship of course.

The scene at the Lupin cages: Spot on! How can this be anything but at this point! Seeing that, it gave me a headcanon: Assuming Wednesday and Enid wind up together, I think this is how they'd spend their anniversaries. Wednesday gives Enid a couple days headstart before the hunt begins. Naturally, Enid always picks the wilderness just outside some gaudy tourist destination to be caught, so they can go sightseeing after Wednesday's inevitable victory. Paris would be perfect. Enid would be all about the romantic aspects, and Wednesday could tour the catacombs.
