They knew EXACTLY what they were doing with that camera angle on Lois taking her jacket off. And absolutely the right call to have her figure it out this soon, as we're long past the point where there's anything fun about it and she just comes off as an idiot. Even the '90s show with Teri Hatcher had that guy from the future reveal that she becomes known as "the most galactically stupid person who ever lived." And thank god the James Gunn 'verse is following this by just starting with her already knowing.

As for figuring out Superman's identity it flipflops around between Lois finding out on her own or Clark just revealing his identity.

this happens to me a lot and is annoying since the doctor said my methabolism is predisposed to do this, so i can basically CANT lose weight because my system will always start into a "keep energy mode" in which if i make a healthy diet and make excersize, the body will then feel exhausted no matter for how many months i do this, and keep as many calories it can stored, so i can make a healthy diet for a year and do a good routine of lose weight excersizes with lifting, muscles and aerobics (already did) lose 10kg, and then in less than 2 months of being sick or whatever, i can gain 11kg out of nowhere because the body says "lets store as much as we can because i say so"
