You'll still get some story this season, but season 1 very much is a mostly fun, usually low stakes set of episodes. Season 2 is much more plot heavy, with the occasional one off adventure. Still, I think it's all very much worth watching, and I'm super happy you've been enjoying the show. Season 2 is much more story heavy than Season 1, in Season 1's 20 Episodes only 7 maybe 8 of them are focused on the overarching story but even in the "Filler" Episodes there are details that will be important later.
