Alex Hirsch has said one of his biggest regrets with the show is ignoring how the previous episode ended with Wendy seriously angry at Dipper, and just having them go right back to their usual dynamic. That could have really been something interesting, but luckily the character writing is still so good that it's hard to miss it much.

The weirdness of the modern English language probably comes from the fact that the language is a bastard child of multiple languages.

Theodrax

One of the weaker episodes imho, but cute enough.

Hey Elijah I Love Your The Chosen Outfit me and my family absolutely love this show and quick question how far are you into it cause me and my family are already in season 3 💙💙 I hope you have a great day today and can’t wait for your reaction to For The Future on Saturday Only 1 More Day Yeah Baby & as always great video Take Care and God Bless Elijah 😊

Ryan

In this case, “ptero” is a Latin prefix indicating a relation to wings.

EdwormN7

You're correct! Two more episodes. Both seasons have twenty episode each. :) Also you probably remembered and got it already, but you didn't get the code in the video, at least that we saw.

Matthew Dunne

It's Greek, not Latin. Its native spelling begins with the letter pi, which gets rendered into the Latin alphabet as a p, but in its original context doesn't get pronounced there. "Pterodactyl" literally means "wing finger".

Joey Quixote

Spotting the tattoo. Detective Elijah is eating this show up!

Bailey

This episode has one of my favourite Stan moments. He may be a grumpy uncle, but he really does care about the kids and wants them to be happy. And he's willing to do crazy stuff for his family :D Also, you are definitely not ready for the next episodes! Hope you're excited >:3

Before you go into season 2, maybe you can check out the Gravity Falls shorts, maybe react to them, and maybe check out the season 2A trailer to build up your own hype and others' hype and maybe build up a theory or something. Of course, even if you don't, I still love your stuff! You're my favorite reactor!

From here on out with only a couple of exceptions all Episodes are all in on the overarching Story.
