Favorite moment, already cut & pasted as I put it on the Discord shortly after the finalé. "Stay away from my Luz!" Why? Because that slipped out of Amity's mouth in the heat of the moment. The only way something "slips out" like that is if it's been rattling around in your head for a minute. The phrase "My Luz" had been ricocheting around Amity's mint-green melon long before she swooped in to save the day. They were friends at the time. Not even particularly close yet. But Amity had already decided Luz was hers. Girl probably had notebooks full of their names together. Testing out her new last names and hyphenates. Probably accidentally let it slip in front of Ed & Em once or twice but they played dumb, enjoying watching their baby sister turn into an ooey-gooey smitten Mittens. And Luz, before that moment, had not even considered the romantic implications of their friendship. She had no idea they were going to "dress up and travel together", and Amity already had her bags packed.

Fun collaboration! Around 21:15 you were second guessing yourselves about sweet potatoes possibly coming in purple varieties. They do! Filipino desserts made with "ube" (purple yam) are pretty close to abomination-colored and I didn't think about that until you brought it up. Not really an important detail to focus on at all but that's just how my brain works. Thanks for another great video!

Watching this during Pride Month in 2024, no better time for Lumity honestly. Tbf watching Lumity at any time is perfect anyway, but it being Pride Month makes it extra good.
