But Daryl Dixon did so good as Striker. Anyways, I loved this episode so much because I think Blitz(o) didn’t realize how much Stoles meant to him until something did happen to him. I just really hope this was a wake up call for Blitz.

The last few episodes had some fans unhappy that Blitz and Stolas' big confrontation after Ozzie's was seemingly forgotten about, but those text messages are a great way to show there was some genuine fallout from it that they're talked through.

The flower petals seems to be representing the "he loves me, he loves me not." The first petal falls when Stolas sees that Blitz texted to check on him (he loves me). Another falls when Stolas relaizes Blitz wasn't going to respond to his final text (he loves me not). Another falls when he places the phone down (he loves me) perhaps there is some sliver of hope in Stolas that Blitz may truly care for him. Then the flower's last petal falls, ending on (he loves me not).

I think that Blitz does care. I think he just doesn't want to admit it for backstory reasons...and is kinda bad at interpersonal relations at the best of times. One thing I noticed is that in this whole long string of texts, his asking Stolas to "get bevver swoon" is the *only* time that *Blitz* started the texting. Every other time it was just him responding to Stolas's texts.

Don't at all mean to defend Blitz being so cold in his texting, but that man is so afraid of his emotions that its a full on complex. Blitzo has been through so many manipulative relationships. Starting with his shit dad who sold him off to steal shit, to his young relationship with Fizzerali that likely ended in another betrayal into seeing that clown become the success Blitz always wanted to be. Then to Verosika which may have been going ok until he self sabotaged when he got to close and got scared and literally ran with her money to do something stupid and distracting. Luna being the only positive in his life to prove to himself that he can be a better father to someone who went through a similar enough hell as he did. He stalks Moxie and Millie because, they are the most wholesome relationship in hell and he desperately wants that. Stolas grew up the typical rich kid with an absentee parent who never really felt love yet found the closest thing to it in Blitz. They both can and should work together as a couple, but Christ do they need therapy

That was a rollercoaster of emotions! BTW, is it just me, or does Stella and Andrealphus' relationship give off incestuous vibes? So, errr... 😰

Heaviness of the episode aside, one of my favorite gags in animation is when the predominantly human-acting anthropomorphized animal character reverts to their animal behavior. Seeing Loona as the aggressive, surly humanoid character for most of the series leading up to this episode, and have her revert to being a terrified dog at the vet had me in stitches!

I'm honestly so tired of watching Stolas pine after Blitz when it's obvious that Blitz doesn't give a crap about Stolas. Blitz has had dozens of opportunities to change and actually show some compassion for once, but he never does. I just want Stolas to finally realize that Blitz is never gonna love him the way he wants him to, and hopefully Stolas will find someone who actually cares about him the way he deserves. I don't get why the show keeps trying to force this relationship between them when it's obvious that they aren't right for each other.

As much as I can empathize with Stolas pining over Blitz, I can also understand that neither of them knows what a loving relationship is. They both are guarded but Stolas seems more willing to be vulnerable, but he is also more protected by his status. Blitz, I think is conflicted about how real the relationship is because he has a history of being used for entertainment as well as explicit endeavors, I’m sure. The one thing they both understand is that their daughters come first.

Blitzø is afraid of being alone, but he refuses to admit it and doesn't want anyone to think that about him. So he tries to disprove it by pushing everyone away

So something that I don't see people mention enough is the fact that Blitzø IS illiterate. You mentioned he needed to learn how to spell and yeah >>; he didn't learn in the circus and had to learn later in life. He spells EVERYTHING poorly all throughout the show- uses speech-to-text, strings of emojis, or short horribly spelled words. If you see something spelled well in the office its written by Moxxie most likely (from their instagram accts) and this is just my theory but I think its why he never reads the book, and why he was so irritated by kid Stolas' books. He also tells Moxxie and Stolas to use less "fancy/big" words several times and in his drug trip Moxxie is mocking his intelligence because Blitzø is insecure about it. so Stolas sending long texts where he talks in circles are kinda the worst possible option for someone who is basically translating everything. Like Blitzø thinks his name is spelled "Stols" because he sounds it out. "Mae bee" like...dude put effort into texting first, then was overwhelmed and couldn't send more. I think he also SPOILERS ((probably has a shit ton of trauma around hospitals and death being his fault... so I think he possibly felt WAY WAY too guilty and basically was triggered. Just kinda froze up)) I feel for Stolas 1000%, but I don't think the texts are supposed to prove Blitzø just doesn't care- honestly git bevver swoon is better than any of his usual typing lol...
