In Drow society, reaching adulthood comes with a rather unusual... appointment.

Every male Drow must stand before Lolth, the Spider-Queen and Goddess of the Drow herself, and undergo her judgment. The goddess decides whether or not they are worthy of her favor...

Those who pass are permitted to leave. Those who fail? Well... they become DRIDERS! :3c

Lolth's curse twists the unfortunate Drow into monstrous spider-centaurs, fusing their upper bodies with the terrifying anatomy of an enormous arachnid. The exact nature of the transformation can vary, but one thing is certain... they are no longer welcome among their own kind.

Cast out into the world, these disgraced creatures are left to fend for themselves. Alone, shunned, and often driven by an insatiable hunger, most Driders find themselves living rather miserable, solitary existences.

Of course, that doesn't mean you should feel TOO sorry for them. After all, the curse has a nasty habit of bringing out some rather... pleasant side efects. <w<

Like THIS particular Drow. It seems Lolth's little makeover came with a couple... EXTRA BIG AND SOT FEATURES. :3c
