In Hunter x Hunter 132, Flash x and x Start, Pouf's mastermind plan continues on its course to success, as long as nobody says any word like game, girl, board, person, match, master, snot, leader, Gungi, piece, friend, eagle, strategy..........

"The most narratively satisfying thing is for the king to destroy y[POOF]"

Your comment at the end is really fitting because it’s exactly how this arc, and most of the show for that matter began. Gon left Greed Island expecting to finally meet his father, only for that to not only not be the case, but for it to spiral into an arc that lasts almost half the show. While it’s become a bit of a meme, it’s not hard to see why so many took inspiration from HxH, even if it’s over attributed sometimes lol.

"I'm wondering where the light will come from in this arc?" -Goodwin a few episodes ago "Meruem.. It means the light that illuminates all.." -The Ant Queen like 30 episodes ago And it's great that his En is LITERALLY a flash of light that lights up the entire area, that's why I've been waiting for this episode to comment that

Oh yeah? If Meruem is so bright why can't Komugi see him?

Don‘t forget that Gon was only able to reach that „form“ for trading in his entire life energy / nen as Pitou and the Narrator had stated. So by the current looks of it Moleron may have a bigger fighting impact than Gon

12:35 Speaking of emotion and logic being on some level inseparable into clean categories, my emotional response to that speech was frustration. Clearly, I'm still not over Alex talking about "not trusting data" and so on, even though it's so long ago I'm not even sure what the context was, or even if it was HxH, haha. But yeah, that's what came to mind when Alex started referring to evidence from empirical studies. Logically, I understand that my disagreement is probably just an issue of narrow semantics, about having necessary skepticism of the *interpretations* of data and the measurement process, but being honest, I just want to be like... "is that not data? Why is that very abstract data interpretation acceptable?" ... but at the same time I'm aware of how petty it is to fixate on that when the whole episode / series contains much more that I value and like. Anyway, thinking about emotion vs logic is a rollercoaster, and that's now when I'm sober 😄

I think these distinctions in regard to ability are negligible, if not sometimes unfair. My means are my means. You have what you can do, I have what I can do. The idea that one approach is more valid than the other, while perhaps true, I feel is often co opted as a way to gain leverage in engagements one otherwise wouldn’t be able to handle.

May all beings embody their intellect, rather than intellectualizing their embodiment
