I believe you accidentally misnumbered the episode...

I want to say that I recall a “Leorio for chairman” joke super early on that you made as well

In the Zoldyck family chart we have the one and only anime appeareance of Maha Zoldyck. The great grandfather of Killua

Correction, I guess he has an appearance in the York Shin arc, helping in some assassination,

I just love how this show can introduce so many awesome characters. After the show ends I wonder what your top 5 characters are .

They actually cut him from this anime, he was there in the manga and 99 version though.

Just one quick note. At 9:55, they have Illumi subtitled as saying "Then I won't have to hold back when I kill you." That's not what he said. He says he won't have to hold back in [doing this]. The verb "yaru" means "to do," but it's often used as a euphemism as in "to get rid of [someone]." So, in the context of an assassin household, yes, it probably means "to kill," but he never said it directly, and he *certainly* never implied that he was after Killua. He just says that he can afford to go all out in "yaru-ing," and then Killua asks if that meant him, and Illumi confirms that it doesn't.

Since the show doesn't bother to translate the Zoldyck family chart from Japanese, here's the translated version: https://imgur.com/a/DwuY2NG or if the chart is confusing, here's what it says in text format: Killua: Loves Alluka, respects Silva, wants to be free of Illumi, finds Kikyo(his mother) annoying, trusts Canary and Gotoh, and is bad against Amane & Tsubone. Illumi: Wants to control Killua, and has a give and take relationship with Silva. Alluka: Loves Killua. Amane & Tsubone: Are responsible for Killua, are vigilant of Canary & Gotoh, are loyal to Silva, trustful of Zeno, and depend on orders from Alluka. Canary & Gotoh: Trust Killua, and are vigilant of Amana & Tsubone. Silva: Has a give and take relationship with Illumi and Zeno, has high hopes for Killua, wants to control Alluka, supervises Amane & Tsubone, and loves Kikyo. Zeno: Favors Killua, trusts Amane & Tsubone, and supervises Canary & Gotoh. Kikyo: Dotes on Killua, loves Silva, and loves Kalluto. Kalluto: Loves Kikyo, and envies Alluka. Milluki: Obeys Silva & Zeno. Maha(Silva's grandfather): Basically untouched.

Thank you! Cool for a few reasons. I wasn't sure about Silva's feelings for Kikyo but Killua using her as leverage made that clear. Milluki: no love for anyone Kalluto: envious of Alluka? Alluka also just not really aware of or indifferent to the rest of her family. Also seemingly ok with complete solitude

Kalluto is envious of Alluka since Alluka is very close to Killua and if you recall in episode 97 Kalluto mentioned that their goal is "retrieving my brother, no matter how long it takes". Its widely theorized that the brother they are referring to is Killua.

Yeah the only Nen user who faced and didn't lose against Netero, he's also the only Enhancer in the Zoldyck family afaik

LMAO I love how Killua spends literally 3 minutes with his internal monologue before he actually replies to Illumi after taking the phone from Gotoh. Typical anime. 3 minutes of dialogue happens in like 5 seconds or something. Watching people on ledges is indeed scary! A friend of mine posted some vacation pics where he was sitting on the edge of a cliff. I was like "Oh damn that is a cool pic but can you please avoid cliffsides, I don't like seeing you next to certain death. What if you have a random unprecedented muscle spasm or something??? what if your body somehow flails itself off the edge or what if the edge crumbles randomly under your weight???" Is this Illumi's definition of "not killing family?" Yes. Yes, apparently. Stop questioning it
