In MHA 7x16, A Chain of Events, Across the Ages, Gentle Criminal's quirk has the properties of rubber and redemption.

And people thought the School Festival was filler, hah! Might+U elevated that moment even more. If you back during the prison break in season 6, it was noted how there was only one prison that didn’t have any escapees, people had their suspicions. This episode confirmed those suspicions! Fun fact, in season 5 episode 22, Skeptic mentioned that he had only failed once in his entire life. This episode revealed that failure was La Brava hacking into his systems. 😂 With Skeptic’s ego I’m not surprised he took it so hard.

I LOVE GENTLE CRIMINAL ! ! ! I find so endearing the fact that he's being powered by La Brava's Love quirk when he catches U.A. She was the first person to see Gentle as a hero... HER hero. Then her love and adoration, her belief in him and who he is LITERALLY gives him the strength to turn that goodness outward and become the hero he wanted to be; On a scale more grand than he could have hoped to accomplish alone.

Dude your discussions about this show are simply incredible. You catch on to the themes in such a distinct way. You're by far my favorite creator that covers anime and TV shows. And *well-worth* the patreon subscription. You rock, man.

Make sure to carefully watch the opening for the next episode, there are some changes if you catch them.
