Dunno why but kintas little flashback here has been getting me very emotional every time i watch it. It seems like u also connected to it which i’m thankful to see as i’ve seen barely any conversation around it!!! Havent read it in a while but i’m pretty sure that whole scene is pretty much all new content, science saru once again demonstrating their passion and skill with their adaptation 🥹🥹

this episode really shows how much of a fan the author is of Gurren Lagann and I love the one to one animated reference to pacific rift https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8SGe8rC/

I can finally mention the in the intro when momo is on okaruns back and they are running through the tunnel you see flashes of multiple shapes starting with the yellow worm and ending with the green kaiju, subtly hinting at the future arcs this season would have

Since you mentioned you like mechs, have you seen Code Geass? If not, any interest in seeing it?

I saw it a very long time ago and really liked it, but I remember nothing about it. Probably cause I binged it. I've often thought about rewatching it
