In Jujutsu Kaisen 1x9 Small Fry and Reverse Retribution, yeah I got it wrong last episode, this is the episode with Tsubasa. But she's still terrible and she's still running loose out there.

Ahhh now I get the Tsubasa comment lmao 😅 also now enter BEST BOY NANAMI! And if you say otherwise, FRANKLY I DONT CARE

Pulp

Mahito is such a good villain, Nanami the goat.

Jake White

Also, idk quite how I feel about this particular subtitle version tbh lol. Like none of the lines are very far off from the original Crunchyroll official lines, but it just kinda feels odd reading the slight differences in lines that I’d been expecting the original words lol

"Doesn't have space, but it is real." This fucking wordsmith I swear...

Jake White

11/10 juju stroll lol. I remember watching it the week it came out and was like “holy shit they’re going out of their way to actively meme this series? I’m definitely in love with it now” lmao

Brimmy

I think most of us figured that u'd love the heck out of Nanami :3 he is p'cool honestly

Chris Sharpe

Junpei, Mahito, Nanami, all of these heavy hitters will be amazing in this arc. You are going to fall in love with this arc.

Dendozy

ew comparing loser night eye to Gojo... Jailable offense lol.

Jake White

He was comparing night eye to Nanami, which is a completely reasonable thing to do since they’re both such serious sticklers as mentors but cool anyways

Kei

NANAMIII aka my favorite character. He's seriously so cool. The adult of all adults. He's a very responsible adult and i really love that. That makes him even cooler. I can't wait for you to like his character even more in this arc

Top 3 Best Boy's in JJK now that we have met all of them: 1. Todo 2. Gojo 3. Panda

Bighead

Just a small detail, but the "lunch-box" curse is the ticket counter lady and you see her watch when she's giving Junpei the ticket and the "detergent" curse is a cleaning personnel and we briefly see the abandoned cleaning cart/supplies when Junpei is running out the theatre to chase after Mahito. Thought it was a cool little detail.

Sean D

Now that we've met Junpei and Nanami, I think we know everybody from the OP now!

Tristan

Mahito defined the other intelligent curses as being born from the fear that the people have of mountains, forests, and oceans, so I wonder if he is more a manifestation of fear people have of each other than hatred. Then again I don't hear of many people hating forests or the ocean with the passion they hate other humans with, maybe all that hate makes Mahito way stronger than the others.

Emman Reed

great reaction again. I loved the part where you talked about the evolution of ideas. Very thought provoking and insightful. Excited for the next episode of JJK!

Are we going to be getting 3 episodes/week starting next month? I can’t remember.

“Oh, it’s HOOLIGANS. Classic movie theater hooligans,” “*Admittedly*, if I had a button to kill people who talk in movie theaters,” “You don’t *make noise* during Human Earthworm 3,” “There’s still a lurking danger of Tsubasa, just roaming the streets, manipulating men with her offensive capabilities. It’s a loose end that I’m sure the show will have to wrap up to be narratively coherent,” “T people can be tough. They’re not going to give you what you want unless you want a thought,” (Me, a T on the MBTI-) “Clicking with this guy already,” (the gbbsl grows) “This one is housewife,” (So not Jesus, got it) “That’s adulthood? Minor disappointments. And daily life. Fair enough,” “There’s something Nighteye about this character,” “Ideas have an evolution of their own,” (Another excellent analysis of Western media and culture and society’s love of value derived from apparent struggle) “If something’s affecting the world, it’s real,” “Look at this closet badass over here,” “I’m surprised he even has clothes on. Why bother?” “There’s nothing wrong with the truth,”
