Remember how the guy in Ishigami's middle school backstory suddenly left the school, never to be seen again? If you look back, you'll notice that Kashiwagi was part of the "council of dangerous individuals" who made that happen. Kashiwagi is one scary girl.

Just a note, there's a mistranslation at the end. It should have been "Shirogane wins." (like you said!) as the narrator said "Shirogane no shōri" -> Shirogane's victory"
