Yes the 2am upload for me, I promise my sleep schedule is normal Anyway do you plan to do episode 12 and 13 together since they came out as a 2-part hour long special?

It's been an insane week but back to normal now! I did end up taking a day trip to Seoul since you can't air ship lithium batteries... Updated schedule: Right now: Kaguya 3x11 Later today: Vinland Saga 1x1 Tuesday: Kaguya Sama 3x12 part 1 & 2 (the full finale) Wednesday: Vinland Saga 1x2 Thursday: MHA OVA 1 Friday: Vinland Saga 1x3 Saturday: MHA OVA 2 Next week will be the Kaguya Q&A (might need an extra day for this but we'll see) and then Violet Evergarden will begin. Thanks for all the patience! Can't wait to get into the new shows :)

Yup! I just posted an updated schedule for the week in the comments that I should have typed out first lol

Regarding Iino - she is a sucker for compliments so it's really easy for her to be wooed by complete strangers. The guys were outsiders (notice they are not wearing the school uniform) that go around hitting on pretty girls during cultural festivals (Chika mentioned this in a previous episode). Once again Ishigami comes in to protect Iino which actually helps Tsubame rethink her initial answer. Also, it's a little thing, but notice that Iino calls Onodera, Rei-chan. Despite their not so positive start, they've gotten quite close during this festival.

yeah, it's Ishigami being her guardian angel as ever. it's easy to read as overprotective, but he doesn't trust her not to be flattered into doing something out of her depth, which has been somewhat of a running joke ("don't go to a host club").

These 3 episodes scream persona 5. I have to make sure i'm watching right anime sometimes

I know you've got a ton of stuff going on. A lot of moving parts. But... when can I buy the hoodie? I kinda need the hoodie... Sell me the hoodie.

-Nerdy guy confesses to popular school idol -She's flustered and embarrassed -The reason she's flustered is because she's struggling to think of a polite way to reject him Kaguya-sama, The Most Realistic Romance Anime of Modern Times

The steps left for merch are writing descriptions and setting up Patreon discounts. So it should be ready this week or next :)

For a show that is pretty well-written and doesn't often pull your chain when it really counts, I don't agree with the writer's choice to have Ishigami's confession be an accident. That was a really unsatisfying fakeout that doesn't seem necessary to me. More or less the same result could've been achieved, such as him worrying about Tsubame avoiding him, if the confession was intentional. However, a highlight of this episode for me was Ishigami pulling Iino away from the boys and her follow up tantrum

It doesn't pull your chain with it imo, you just gotta keep watching chief. Wait for the next episode. For me its not unsatisfying, if anything it actually sped up their potential relationship. Like Goodwin said, it was a really awesome and positive moment for Ishigami, and it was also a hilarious scene, so I really like this writing choice.

loved the point about how its like season 1 and 3 fighting each other. there was actually a chapter that the anime sadly skipped before the culture festival where miyuki is just straight up flirting with kaguya, doing everything she interprets as being 'pretty much a confession'. he's absolutely looking to progress the relationship which is really cool to see after so long

That would have been interesting to see. I'm guessing there was something fundamental about the way he was doing it that makes Kaguya unsatisfied or unable to accept it?

“Yes. This is extra,” *pronounces ‘Arsène’ Ar-seen* “That was a sick bee balloon. Who made that? Did Miyuki do that?” *dramatic zoom in* “Look at that thing. Japan is just on a whole other level with the crafts,” “A simple ‘no’ might also suffice, but ok,” “She’s gonna be single forever,” “Do you have abs, though?” “She was about to have 2 boyfriends,” “The mind is very interesting in the sense that you can take a whole bunch of things that are objectively different, but whatever is the biggest one on your plate, your emotions will fill to the maximum for that thing,” “Perspective is something you can practice,” “~ara ara~” “True power couple. They could take over the world,” “Ar-SEEN,” (Goodwin I am in tears. Your French pronunciation is absolutely ridiculous and I love it) “Is this the best date they’ve had? This is the only date they’ve had,” “I think the best thing Kaguya did was shut her brain off,”
