Chowing Down on 3500 calories of McDonald's Part 1 (Patreon)

I woke up to a painfully hungry stomach, so I ordered 3500 calories worth of McDonald's and went to town. I started shoveling food in my mouth at record speeds, making my already tight shirt start to ride up my belly.
