i take issue with his first sentence: " When i started, i made every possible mistake..." Yeah...you and every other person on this planet for all of history... The mistakes you made helped you grow into a what seems like a well-to-do youtube channel. So yes, do explain the mistakes you made and what you should ahve done, but remember...if you dont do these mistakes, you will make others. Its what comes after doing them that matters. He even says that later... making these mistakes helped him along the way... Its also more of a .."things to think about" -think about your audio, think about what you wanna do or what your videos focus is...and then think about doing youtube for a living... So like Jesse said: Contra do this dudes talking point, its a bit over the place, while proving a good ground to discuss..
