Layered with warm wolf pelts, this robe is commonly worn by scholars studying the frigid magics of the icy regions. The frozen teardrop of a Winter Wolf enchants this robe with some small protection against the cold.

A good winter coat goes a long way to make your players feel safe in a wintery campaign setting.

For non-magic users, you could alter it by increasing the damage reduction by 2 and doing away with the 'armor of agathys' enchantment.

This has very Water tribe vibes from AtlA, love it!

In some of your items, you have damage reductions like this "Reduces all cold damage received by 1" That's not something I've seen in other magic items, and I think it's cool! Why choose this reduction instead of something more commonplace like resistance?

Part of the struggle of thinking up commonplace magic items is what kind of effects they have without being too overpowered for low level characters. Ideally they should be items which the players find cool at low level but might be persuaded to discard/sell once they find something better later on. Have a ‘reduce by 1 or reduce by 2’ item allows for some cool benefit without it being overpowered for, say, a level 1-4 item
