Dancing Nettle (Patreon)

This star-shaped nettle has long been used by older individuals. Those suffering from stiff joints and arthritis often brew this into a peppery tea as a soothing remedy.

One of the herbs from the game "For the King" (which is great btw) is called 'dancing nettle' and it certainly stuck with me. I used to love reading about old war-time foraging recipes where stinging nettles were used in all sorts of food recipes.
