When I saw Spiderman No Way Home there was a couple of 12 yr olds sitting behind me. During the Aunt May death scene the whole theatre was quiet, but one of the kids began moaning incessantly. Thought it may have just been a kid with verbal ticks, as it was going on throughout the whole film and paid it no mind. Lights came on, however, and it really was just an annoying group of teens that wanted to ruin the experience for everyone else. They were throwing popcorn into the air at the end, just dumping it into hard to reach corners to be as awful as possible to theatre staff. Like?? A 12am showing too, where are your parents? Do they know youre acting less civilized than a group of aggravated baboons? Anyways, Mario Movie 1 was kinda ehh, just felt like a cut and paste "Hero's Journey" that jumped from mainstream reference to mainstream reference without any actual care for the story. Not really any downtime the entire film. Nauseating, honestly. Chris Pratt being casted still boggles my mind. Not looking forward to the second.
