With the help of former Factor 5 employees and a prominent game industry figure, I delve into the rumour that the studio was once set to make a Pilotwings game for Nintendo's Gamecube. The truth might surprise you.

You might have to wait a while for it to process, but 1080p/60fps will be available.

A bit of insight for Patrons:

In a future video, I will explore the remainder of Factor 5's involvement with the Pilotwings series. I had originally attempted to make it all as one video, but I didn't feel that was the best course eventually and split it in two. This will allow me to talk about each project in more depth.

Please enjoy and if you're feeling nice, leave me a comment on the video! <3

Feeling nice today, so yo! Only just gotten around to watching this one, but it did not disappoint. Loads to talk about, and loads you must've had to research. It was well worth it; I really enjoyed hearing about Factor 5's involvement. From what was said about plans for the game, both Nintendo and the team sounded really enthusiastic about the direction it would take, and I would've loved to see the series further matured. So it's a shame their vision for the IP didn't take off (ahahaha...haven't seen that one already). Glad there's still more on this to come and you made the decision to create two videos. If there's enough to talk about with the other project, it deserves its own. Personally, I find shorter videos (5-15 minutes) more engaging and would rather enjoy these things in parts. But yeah, great work. Your efforts never go unnoticed or unappreciated. Feel like you're constantly improving with every new project. As a wannabe journalist, it's pretty inspiring; makes me wish I had what it takes to get into investigative work. Keep it up! :)
