It's the big one! Dan and I breakdown Nintendo's big E3 2021 Nintendo Direct. Includes our fresh reactions right after the Direct finished. We go over everything from Wario Ware to, of course, Metroid Dread. What a crazy time to be alive. We also discuss the notable no shows from the event like Bayonetta 3 (boo!).

P.S. Somehow we forgot the very noteworthy Cruis'n Blast! :( my bad!

Got goosebumps when you were talking about Metroid Dread. In Prime 3 theres a text scan that says "Metroid Project "Dread" is nearing the final stages of completion." Im thinking the Zelda loftwing amiibo will grant Link the ability to ride it in botw2, akin too the wolf link amiibo adding a pretty substantial mechanic too botw. Predicting Link will explore the sky and zelda gets the catacombs. Link uses his arm for runes and Zelda uses the sheikah slate.

I'm hoping Nintendo brings GBA games to NSO soon. Would really like to replay Fusion on the Switch before Dread comes out.

Hey Liam, thought I throw a question that’s been on my mind lately…I saw a tweet of yours that more or less alluded to there being no current plan for a Sonic Mania sequel at this point in time… I was just wondering if you had any other information you could share on that or if you had any insight towards the sentiment of Mania back at Sonic Team proper. I would hope that Iizuka and his team don’t have any ill feelings towards the Mania team.

I haven’t gotten a chance to listen to this most recent podcast, now that I think about it. So sorry if something like this was already discussed. Thanks.
