Patreon Tier 'Restructuring' (Patreon)
Content
Hey Everyone!
Going in to March, we're rewording our Patreon tiers to make ourselves more accessible and more clearly communicate our short and long-term goals!
Here are the tentative tiers:
Caravan Through Rong'lu - $1 - The basic Cosmic Stew pass! This tier grants access to 2 original map packs each month. Each map pack contains a Core map, Night version, and an occasional bonus variant, all available in Gridded and Gridless versions. These maps will be released as 70 dpi jpegs (consistent with all that we've released so far), optimized for Roll 20 (although other file formats [.png, .pdf, etc] will be made available upon request!).
Jeronian Fortune Finder - $3 - This tier grants access to our flagship product, the Atlas of Rong'lu. The Atlas of Rong'lu will be released in 5-map volumes every other month. Volume 1 - Jeronian Sea will be released on April 1st. Of the 5 maps featured in each Atlas volume, 4 will have been made available as full map packs (for all patrons) and 1 will be exclusive to the Atlas. In addition to providing each of the 5 maps in Gridded and Gridless versions, the Atlas will expand on the lore of each location, providing a narrative background and 'bonus' flavor content such as custom encounters, items, monsters and more. In addition to gaining access to the Atlas of Rong'lu, Jeronian Fortune Finders will also be granted access to Hi-res (150 dpi) versions of the 2 monthly map packs and access to polls that will help to determine future Atlas installments.
Yunkan Ambassador - $5 - This remains our highest tier for now and is for those who want to track our growth more closely! In addition to the perks offered by the previous tiers, Yunkan ambassadors will have access to Sneak Peaks and Work-in-progress posts and may be asked for specific input or opinions on upcoming works! Additionally, Yunkan ambassadors will be granted a username credit in all Atlas of Rong'lu Volumes and in our further-out Mini-Campaigns. Speaking of Mini-campaigns, each volume of the Atlas of Rong'lu will eventually serve as a setting for a short-form D&D adventure book (perhaps 20-30 pages). Our first mini-campaign, 'The Disciples of Ioy' will be released soooon, sometime before this summer.
This may seem like an intense influx of information, but we want to loop you in on our plans and give you an idea of what we're building towards! Based on the feedback we've received, we believe that these tiers will foster more of the content that you're here for! That being said, please let us know if you take any issue with they way we're restructuring and we'll happily address any questions or concerns!
Thanks again for being here with us!
