South of Mith, seated in the River Ivan delta, Kalhan Jorma Yolk's estate touts a magnificent waterside villa. Five live-in guards patrol the building's grounds and secure Yolk's vault, where accountants track and invest their employer's wealth. Three live-in cooks cater to the estate's culinary needs, which range from simple snacks to three-course galas. A dockhand ships in each morning to oversee any portside guests or deliveries, and Yolk himself spends most of his time in the master bedroom, which, to his specifications, overlooks his guards' training shore. Yolk's daughter, Brynhild, occupies her time reading in the gardens behind the villa, as her mother, Vystal, oversee's the accountants' work.
