Patreon Overhaul - Part 1 (Patreon)

As part of the Overhaul to Patreon that I'm currently working on, I've changed the payment process to charge New Patrons upon subscription instead at the beginning of the next month.

This ensures that New Patrons get access to Patron-Only content upon subscription instead of waiting almost a month, depending on when they subscribe. And then will be charged on the first of the month from that point forward.

For Current Patrons, there is no change to your payments. You'll be charged 1st of the month as always.

Simple Terms:

New Patrons = Charged upon Subscription and then 1st of the month each month after

Current Patrons = No change.
