Oh and brushing before bed and using mouth wash is good enough to prevent morning breath for me

After, rather have a bad aftertaste than a bad taste. Also, eating is what dirties your teeth, doesn’t make much sense to do it before since you brushed before bed mere hours previous

Ahhhh!! This is so good! I don’t really have a set brush time, I think before is easier to remember but it’s probably best to do it after.

I have to brush before breakfast, when I first go to the bathroom since I'm already there. If I don't then my ADHD brain will forget about it :/

Brush at night, then mouth wash in the morning and throughout the day after meals. idk if this makes me a disgusting heathen or not. Also: ginger shoulders
