Beta Trix

If you look past Bakugou's crassness and lack of sympathy, you'll see that he's telling Todoroki things that are very similar to what Deku says in 2x10, it's just that the REASONS/INTENTIONS behind their words are different since Deku (selflessly) wants to SAVE him and Bakugou (selfishly) wants to DEFEAT him. The end goal is still the same, though: to get Todoroki to use his flames.

Edit: All timestamps come from y'alls/their videos! Here's what Deku says: 7:07 - "Where are you looking?" 7:44 - "Everyone's fighting with everything they've got... To win and get closer to their dream... You want to win with just half your strength?! You haven't put a single scratch on me yet, you know! Come at me with everything you've got!" 11:14 - "There's no way that I can know all of your circumstances, or your resolve. But for you to become number one without giving it your all, to completely reject your father... Right now, I think you should stop screwing around!" Now, compare it to Bakugou's words: 4:17 - "Where are you looking, you half-and-half bastard?! 4:43 - "Your family circumstances, and your feelings... I don't care about that stuff! Just use the flames on your left on me, too!" 7:10 - "Am I not strong enough for you to make you use it?! If you have no intentions of winning, then don't stand in front of me! Why are you standing here, damn it!" 7:50 - "If you're going to stand in front of me, then you should just concentrate on winning!" 8:29 - "Huh? You put out your flames! Huh? Hey! Stop screwing around! To get first place like this?!" I know most aren't exactly 1 to 1, but still, isn't it super interesting to see just how similar they are? Or is that just me-

Always love how literally no one predicts bakugo would win because he's always being underestimated by the viewers when throughout the series he keeps yelling 'don't underestimate me' lol Also you predicted one of their hero names right I was so shocked but I won't spoil which one.
