* Rebased to current wine 10.6 (333 patches are applied to wine vanilla)

Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).
* user32: Call UpdateWindow() during DIALOG_CreateIndirect.
* Send WM_NCPOINTERUP on focus regain.
* cryptext: Implement CryptExtOpenCER.

Removed (No longer required).
