* Rebased to current wine 11.4 (219 patches are applied to wine vanilla)

Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).
* msxml: Support ISAXXMLReader::putFeature normalize-line-breaks option
* include: Add MFNETSOURCE_STATISTICS_SERVICE definition.
* dsound: Add a linear resampler for use with a large number of mixing buffers.
