Little life update, plus plans for April (Patreon)

Hey all you lovely patrons! Jeez, is it really April already? Boy was March really busy. I just wanted to apologize to you guys for not being able to meet my 2 stories per month quota for March, and just wanted to offer a bit of an explanation for why I might be working more slowly in the future. Basically a lot of life stuff happened.

Got a new job.

Yeah, if you didn't hear back in February, I got a new full-time job. It's pretty interesting, and the pay is amazing. I'll probably be able to go to more cons in the future. Also, I was assaulted on March 15th at my work... Yeah, my place of work is a behavioral rehab center for aggressive teens and two of them assaulted me and tried to escape. I'm alright, but I'm pressing charges against the two boys, and that's been taking up a lot of my time unfortunately. Plus the hours at work are very long, I'm working around 56 hours per week, because we're unfortunately understaffed, so that's cutting into my writing time.

Went to TFF

Another thing that kept me busy was preparing for TFF at the end of March. I went and hosted a writing panel there and had an awesome time! Thanks to my job I might be able to do more of that in the future! Hope to see some of you at these cons!

Working on a particularly long commission

You guys probably remember Chapter 1 of the story Henry's College Years, well I've been working on the next chapter which is over 10,000 words right now, so that's one story that's been taking up a lot of my time, but I think you guys are going to like the final cut!

Temporarily freezing my Patreon for the month of April

So now I want to talk about my big plans for April. I might not be able to get 2 stories uploaded this month, or any stories at all. Not because I'm taking a break or anything, but because Werewolves Versus is taking submissions again, and the deadline is next month. I've got an idea for a story I want to write, but haven't had the chance to start it yet. So, I'm going to take this month to work on it so I can upload it in time. But I don't want you guys to get charged if I end up not uploading anything this month, so I'm going to freeze my Patreon for the month of April so that you guys won't be charged for the month. You can also consider it a bit of an apology for not being able to make my quota last month.

I know I say this a lot, but seriously, thank you guys for your support. I hope you guys won't mind April being a bit of an inactive month. But once I finish my Werewolves Versus story I'll be sure to get back on all the other stories I have waiting to be written! Love you all! <3
