She’s actually around 16 I think, she was 12 when they got petrified. She spent a couple years as a statue herself before waking up and about 4ish years working on the revival fluid. That 7 years Senku mentioned was the time from the world petrification to him waking up.

Something to keep in mind: While petrified, the only thing that isn't are their brainwaves, hence how they're able to stay concious. However, they aren't able to see, hear, feel or anything like that. the ONLY thing they can do is think to themselves. So even though Suika is talking to them, they aren't able to hear whatever she says to them.
