I mean, there’s never been any proof that Armin could actually receive any feelings for Annie through Bertholdt. It’s not like a consumed shifter’s personality transfers to the next shifter or anything. I think it’s most likely memories only. Armin’s always been really empathetic, and now that he’s seen the Warrior’s side of things it makes sense that he’d want to talk to Annie.
