dk and vernon called 218bros because they birthday are february 18th

Dk and Vernon have the same birthday only 1 year apart. Dk is 2/18/97 and Vernon is 2/18/98. DK is actually a premie baby and wasn't supposed to be born yet and had health problems that go corrected over time with surgeries. So they share the same birthday and celebrate together every year.
