some fact about trauma by hiphop unit. The reason why mingyu only sang the chorus for trauma is because he had a hard time writing lyrics for this song. In this song, the members supposed to write lyrics about their own trauma but mingyu grew up in a good household and with loving parents so he had no trauma to write about for the song. mingyu is such a positive and happy person he don't even understand the concept of trauma 😭

All of them grew up in a good household with loving parents. It's just that Mingyu couldn't think of any that traumatized him to the extent that he had to carry it for years like the other members. Coups was about his building anxiety (partly because he's pressured), Wonu was doubting himself a lot + he's afraid of being forgotten because he thinks he has a weak presence. Vernon was bullied for being 'different' (for being a foreigner) back when he was a kid, the reason why he had to drop out of 8th grade. Sorry, I just had to add this because the comment can be interpreted as the other members not having a loving family growing up. In fact, they are all very close with each other's families and call each other's moms and dads 'Mom' and 'Dad'. Their families are close to each other, too.
