Tyrant Cannon (Patreon)

It's no secret that I really like Hellcannons. I've delved into a Nurgle and Slaanesh skewed ones already (with plans to do the other powers!). But I kind of got thinking what a Hellcannon would look like before it was possessed by daemons.

Perhaps they start life as a "normal" artillery piece and over time unleashing so must destruction, suffering and service to the Evil Dwarfs, they inadvertently become primed for something much more malevolent.

So, I went about crafting a non-daemon engine version, of course taking design queues from the rest of the range. I also gave myself a 100x150mm base to work with.Then I got thinking just how such a huge cannon would be loaded. The ammunition would be huge and so heavy it would need ogre strength; hence I needed an Ogre loader. Then I thought why not add some mechanical help.

The entire platform itself would be carriage transported too; no way you should carry those warheads onto the battlefield. The platform itself would be driven up to the war machine and parked for the battle.So was made the Tyrant Cannon. Off to test print while I continue making winged beast! Will get the Tyrant Cannon on Cults3D and MMF shortly.
