I really like seeing the character connections, but Creed kills me with a single line again!

Honestly I think Andy has one of the most real character arcs over the whole show. At first it does seem he just constantly relapses into his old ways but I think that’s true for a lot of people. Especially when trying to change something they have been doing for along time. I find as the show ends if you really pay attention to what he does/has happen he teaches us a huge lesson and over all by the end I gave him the pass.

Creed really is something else! I completely forgot about that line lmao As for Andy, I think season 8 really showed him being a great boss. But after Nellie pops in and steals his job, he kinda spirals. Then when he gets his job back you see these seeds of nastiness and cruelty pop up, and it feels like a regression back to what he was like in his earlier appearances. It's a bit sad.

Yeah, his character suffers a lot because of Ed Helms' schedule being dedicated to the Hangover films. By the way, those are actually some pretty fun movies! Zach Galifianakis plays quite a Creed-esque character in them, and he's hilarious. The first two are very fun, definitely recommend checking them out!

lol derailed is definitely a good word to use. I think Andy might still have a couple tricks in his pocket to win ya if not even a little back. But they may not lol it’s Andy after all.
