Mwahahaha! I've been waiting so long for this ep. I think the last 10 minutes of this episode are my fave 10 minutes in this series, or pretty damn close. Everyone in this show is so awesome. I love the doctor and those 'innocent' smiles of his. The fact that he looks so unassuming makes him terrifying. I don't know if you caught it, but the nurse who was assisting him during the procedure is the same school nurse who is helping Dong-eun and looking after Sun-a. I'm glad you're enjoying this as much as I am!
