Some more great, graphic fights! It will be interesting to see how Ryoma deals with this new "partner"!

Yeah Hayato starts off as a psycho terrorist in the manga. Even mutilated his own allies if showed an ounce of hesitation or second thoughts to the cause. Only difference like Ryoma is he's an adult rather than a teen who took over his school as a revolutionary and has access to more resources and more updated tech at the time. He initially started off in both as a massive coward when confronted by something he's never encountered before, even pissing himself in the manga. But in both, the more erratic psycho side drops and he becomes the level headed one of the team.

As said before, violence and gore is Getter and Nagai's forte.

Getter 1's descent is one of my fave scenes in the series. Just the way it comes flying down with it's face in shadow really shows the terrifying aspect of it.

The password used: Cutie Honey is the name of Go Nagai, Mazinger's creators other popular series. One of the earliest action female roles and one of the earliest fanservice females. She also influenced series like Sailor Moon as transforming female, and likely design as a blue eyed blonde.

Wow, that's really cool! Who would have thought that an anime like this would have heavily influenced Sailor Moon!... And as I've mentioned, these are some of the best fights I've seen!
