Aw man I've been looking forward to this one! This was such a nice surprise to see today. Your reactions always make me smile! Yeeeeeah, I knew this one would give you an emotional gut punch. The actors in this show are totally amazing. The storyline with the private eye and her daughter gets me every time. The doctor is such a sociopath as you said, but that just makes me love him even more lol. He has such a disarming appearance.
