Dany is big braining. Baldy thinks he has the upper hand, but he underestimates the intelligence of our Dragon Queen. Also all my homies hate Baldy and his fellow slave owners. Consider Dany Baberaham Lincoln. Tyrion knows how to look out for a bro. Hooked him up with three hot prostitutes paid for out of his own pocket. And the bit where he says the girls gave him the time for free is just hilarious, esepcially since Bronn and Tyrion want in on what he did XD Pod with the Rod! The Iron Bank are like the IRS, only worse. If you borrow from them and don't pay them back, they give money to your rivals and enemies to snuff you out. Jaime is an arrogant douche, but he's not malevolent. He does not like Brienne per say, but he HATES badtouchers and he respects her honor as both a warrior and a woman. Jaime is a slow burn, but he does grow on you, I feel. Jaime not only lost a hand; he lost his dominant sword hand. The show also got criticized for that ending credits song; it was so out of left field and really out of place. XD

While it's suggested here that Littlefinger borrows all the money, it's very much implied in the books that he has a strong penchant for financial management and is very good at investments and predicting the economic needs of the realm. Robert was just so incredibly wasteful that he managed to turn the overflowing treasure chamber that he conquered from the Targaryens into an enormous debt, despite Littlefinger's best efforts.
