Bit of a miss with them forging obsidian weapons, it's volcanic glass not a metal, and is also brittle (in the books there was someone that tried to stab an undead that was wearing armor with an obsidian knife and the blade broke on the armor). The Aztecs actually used obsidian in their weapons but it was a wood shaft with bits of obsidian sticking out the sides, not an actual blade, more like a baseball bat with razors sticking out of it. Arrowheads would also work fine as they could be used the same way as stone arrowheads.

I get Dany's resentment of Jaime, but even she acknowledged that her father is evil. That said, I think her anger at him was borne of distrust from the fact that Cersei lied and Tyrion was made to look like an idiot (hur hur writing!). Brienne coming to his defense and then Sansa backing Brienne was great payoff to the arc Brienne and Jaime have gone through since late Season 2. Much as I crap on the writing for this season, they were consistent with the limitations of Bran's powers. He can only see the past and present; he cannot see the future. So he has as much an idea as to how this fight against the dead will go as anyone else does. Jorah is the chaddest of chads; dood lets Jon keep Longclaw and asks Dany to forgive Tyrion.
