you know... I get the idea of training with your Pokemon, but maybe.... don't have your Skarmory stab you over and over again with its literal razor sharp beak that's strong enough to shatter boulders, I know Miki was wearing body armour in the flashback but still... she's hardcore lol, humans in Pokemon are built different.
