And more change to come. TAJ Productions will handle the next 2 seasons and since they worked on the first 5 seasons we'll still get some familiar music. But after that they'll go out of business and there will be another shift.

Most of these changes will stay forevery. Now Sarah natochemy does ash voice and will does for the rest of the series

The worse part of the change is the change in music. They start making their own and avoiding the Japanese tracks which sucks BIG TIME. Especially later on.

No, they didn't go out of business, they've worked on things as late as 2021, they stopped working on the series because it was too big of a production for them.

TAJ Productions has been defunct since 2009 with Pokemon being their final credit. The owner then went on to create a successor company, Tajmania Entertainment which produces original animations for educating children on topics such as bullying.

It will take the new VAs a little time to get into their roles, but it won't be too long honestly, it was the same for their original VAs, I mean, comparing Jessie and James voices from the start of the series to the end of the 4kids run and it's night and day. The music situation has always been weird though, like I don't know what the licensing situation is with it, but the dub both during the 4kids era and now for some reason usually creates a new soundtrack instead of using the original Japanese ones. I don't know if it's a licensing issue, but it's weird because a number off background tracks in Japanese are based on songs from the games so... shouldn't they be able to use those?They do still use some of the game based songs but it's a bit inconsistent.

I never noticed the voice change as a kid. It sucks for the people that were out of a job. It seems like a few people ended up reprising their roles like Professor Oak, Dan Green as Entei and Mewtwo, and the Narrator. 4Kids did have one anime franchise until 2011 (Yugioh until a lawsuit happened regarding unauthorized Uncut DVDs) For me, it’s like James Bond, Batman, Scooby-Doo, Star Wars, etc. where there are multiple versions of these characters but Pokemon is just one shared story.
