I think Big Crazy Russian survived and now Paulie's future has a bit of a big, black cloud over it!

So, fun fact about the scene with Tony cracking up at Bobby in the hunter outfit. The laugh was genuine. Steve Schirripa was told by James Gandolfini that he needs to make him laugh for real, so he went to the prop room and grabbed a giant dildo and stuck it down his pants, which went down his leg. You can even see Junior hide a smirk trying not to laugh.

Much as Bobby is a comedy act, he's honestly hard to dislike at all even if he's a doofus. He's just a genuinely nice dood who takes a lot and doesn't act out of spite or revenge. The relationship between Tony and Gloria is unsustainable since they both want something different from each other; Tony wants a fling while Gloria wants emotional investment. Anything she views as a disruption to that triggers her to be volatile and aggressive. I do think anything that takes Tony's attention off of her is perceived as a threat to her wants from him.
